Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one business day, but because all orders are custom made require five business days on average. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We will occasionally offer free U.S. based shipping that can be redeemed with a promo code. There are also randomized products that have free shipping in the U.S. with no minimum purchase required. In cases where shipping fees apply, the cost will be provided at checkout based on your location and the shipping options you choose.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number are typically active in 24 hours.
