Our Return and Exchange Policy

At The Kentaro Collective, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help facilitate a smooth exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another item of the same or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.

Condition of Products: Returns and Exchanges are only available for unused products. The items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.  

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, and you've requested an exchange, it will be processed, and the new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Additional Information

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made embellished products.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your proof of purchase. Items returned without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
